Hi Marc, I just read your blog about Fat Franks. I was also a waiter there during 1989. I remember the “phoney abaloney dish”. I had to pass an “exam” and had to learn all the names of all the starters and main courses. What was the name of the waiter from Mauritius / Madagascar? Greetings Thomas
